Service work starts with the problem a facility is experiencing. LLV tests the affected system, records what is found, and defines the work needed to correct it.

Priority service / Wireless networks

Wi-Fi performance surveys based on measured radio-frequency data.

Radio frequency, often shortened to RF, is the signal used by a wireless network. A survey measures that signal throughout the actual space instead of relying on guesswork.

Survey result

A detailed record of coverage, interference, channel use, and wireless equipment placement. The findings can be used to explain the problem and plan specific corrections.

Shows where the wireless signal drops below a useful level.

Records other radio activity that may be competing with the network.

Shows whether wireless equipment is placed where the space actually needs it.

Test existing data cables and fiber connections, identify failed or weak links, and document what needs repair.

Correct damaged, poorly terminated, unsupported, or disorganized cabling when the affected work can be clearly identified.

Move an existing connection, add a new outlet, or adjust cabling when a room, tenant space, or floor plan changes.

Review equipment rooms, pathways, and shared building spaces for damaged cabling, unsafe conditions, poor support, or work that needs correction.

Investigate missing video, unstable images, ghosting, poor picture quality, power problems, and unreliable connections.

Access-control troubleshooting

Check readers, door devices, controllers, credentials, and the connections between them when a door does not operate as expected.

Find faults affecting analog phone lines, extensions, call routing, or the cabling that supports a business phone system.
